1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, managers, and administrators of the Platform.

2. Eligibility

3. Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Services & Requests

The Platform allows users to browse celebrity profiles and submit service requests, including membership services, event reservations, verifications, endorsement packages, and investment opportunities. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. All requests are subject to review and are accepted or declined at our sole discretion.

Service availability, pricing, and terms displayed on celebrity or service pages are subject to change without notice and do not constitute a binding offer until a request is formally approved.

5. Payments

Once a request is approved, payment instructions are generated for your use. You are solely responsible for sending the correct amount to the designated payment destination and for submitting accurate proof of payment.

All payments are reviewed and verified manually by our team. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses, sent in the wrong amount, or sent outside of the instructions provided through your dashboard. Fees, once verified and processed, are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise by our support team.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Upload malicious code, scrape data, or interfere with Platform operations
• Harass, defame, or threaten any user, celebrity, manager, or staff member

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that celebrity profiles, availability, or service outcomes will meet your expectations, nor that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hall Of Fame Hub and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of funds, data, or goodwill.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
